Morte Point
Another popular request trip. This time a walk around Morte Point to see seals, sea birds and cliff top flowers. On Sunday September 9th. Meet at 11.00 am in the Mortehoe car park complete with a packed lunch and be ready for the last cream tea of the season.

Meet at the Barnstaple Leisure Centre car park to take fewer vehicles at 9.00 am to go to Dart's Farm, Goosemoor, Bowling Green Marsh, the River Clyst and the Goat Walk. Bring a packed lunch, hot drink and warm clothes. Level walking.

UK FUNGUS DAY
The outreach arm of the British Mycological Society - Raising awareness of the amazing fungal kingdom. There will be a host of public engagement activities involving science and the arts will run concurrently across the UK to introduce the general public to the wonders of the Fungal Kingdom.

AGM & Field Day
Due to the great success of last year's national BNA AGM we are returning to the same great location hosted by the Selborne Society at their Perivale Wood Reserve & their excellent straw-built Bluebell Centre. The reserve has a great range of habitat including ancient woodland & grassland. As last year the Selborne Soc are kindly providing a complimentary lunch to BNA members & guests. Access is easy as the reserve is just a couple of hundred metres away
